On April 17, 2024, a meeting was held with students of the EP “Journalism” and “PR” of the Faculty of Management and International Communications with the PR Director of Jusan Bank Gauhar Kerimova at Kazakh Ablai Khan UIR&WL.
At the meeting, the topic of which was “Features of PR in the era of digitalization”, the speaker touched upon the main methods, technologies and creative approaches of modern PR in promoting a product, service, idea or personality in the framework of attracting attention to them, creating a positive image and establishing connections with the target audience.
It should be noted that Gaukhar Kerimova has a number of personal achievements that are very interesting to young people. So, from 1996-2001 she was a member of the presidential pool, laureate of the award of Soviet Masgutov of the Union of Journalists and the Culture Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laureate of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, author of films about the history of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstanis, industry leaders, diploma winner of the Cannes Documentary Film Festival, finalist of the Green Deauville competition, KazRosGaz, BI Group, Jusan, Almaly, Home Credit Bank, lecturer at the Media Net school of journalism, author of the first book on the history of modern music of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Anthology. KZ" (jazz, pop, rock) in collaboration with A. Bayanov, Forbes Woman columnist, member of the PR-shy Club. Within the framework of the Association of Business Women of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2008-2013), as Chairman of the Almaty branch, Gaukhar Kerimova also actively promotes social activities and volunteering.
For our students, meetings with such famous personalities as Gauhar Kerimova, who gladly shares the story of her professional growth, experience, and desire to change the world for the better, form in young people such qualities as determination, desire to grow, love for their chosen professional activity and love for the environment reality.
