«The German discourse in the medial space of Kazakhstan" workshop at KazUIR&WL by Ablai Khan was held on March 28-29th.
Firstly, participants were welcomed to the scientific event by Michael Jaumann - Director of the Information Center of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD.KZ).
The key reports of the workshop were the presentations of foreign scientists: Olga Voronina - "German cinema expressionism of 1920th and the genre of science fiction cinema in Kazakhstan" (University of Zurich, Switzerland) and Svetlana Jabotinskaya - "Analysis of the media narrative: ways to build research ontology" (Cherkassy University, Ukraine).
The logical continuation and practical analysis of the topic were the Kazakhstani researchers H.T.Rysaldy and G.Gizdatov presented their themes as the logical continuation and practical analysis. At the same workshop diploma projects of students of the Department of International Communications got a serious approbation.
