On April 1, 2019, the Department of languages and translation of China and the Asia-Pacific region of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai khan organized a meeting with members of the “Tengri” ethno-folklore group Asem Kopbayeva and Abulkhair Zharaskhan, the finalist of the project “Voice of Kazakhstan” a talented singer Zhangali Abishev and a young singer Zhuldyz, in the framework of the "Route to the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness".
During the meeting, our guests answered various questions from students and shared with their tips. In addition, Zhangali Abishev sang the songs "Istoriya lyubvi", "Sagan iya", the young singer Zhuldyz sang the song "Mangіlik el", Abulkhair Zharaskan, a member of the group "Tengri", played stunningly kuy "Akku" and kuy of Tulegen Mombekov “Saltanat”. At the end of the meeting, the dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Dauyen D. B. thanked our guests for the devoted time. We express our gratitude to all our active students and members of student council on behalf of the faculty.
