The application process for participation in the International Academic Mobility Programs to partner universities for the Spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year is now open.
Eligible applicants:
- Students who meet the partner university’s language proficiency requirements;
- Students with a GPA of at least 3.0;
- Students with no financial or academic debts.
List of required documents for participation:
- Application addressed to the Rector of Abylai Khan KazUIR&WL;
- Applicant’s questionnaire (application form);
- Transcript in English indicating GPA (at least 3.0) — must be downloaded independently from the Hero system;
- Motivation letter in English;
- Certificate confirming the level of foreign language proficiency (in the absence of a certificate, a signed and stamped confirmation letter from a language instructor verifying the applicant’s language skills);
- Copies of awards, diplomas, and certificates received during the period of study at the university;
- Copy of passport (if available);
- Copy of ID card.
