JSC "Kazakh Ablai кhan University of International Relations and World Languages " invites you to take part in the International Round Table on the topic "Topical issues of professional training of specialists in foreign language education in the context of linguistic and cultural methodology: experience and innovations", dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Kuznetsova Tamara Danilovna, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor.
The main priority for Kazakhstan is to increase access to quality education with key areas such as teacher qualifications, textbook quality, modern infrastructure and material resources. In the context of the ongoing integration of the Kazakh education system into the world educational space, in the context of increasing intercultural interaction, the role of foreign language education is increasing with the need to provide high-quality professional training of qualified, competitive personnel. The socio-educational significance of knowledge of foreign languages is designed to provide foreign language training with the mandatory competence component of the professional qualification of a modern specialist in the context of the modernization of foreign language education based on cognitive-linguistic-cultural methodology for working in a modern educational school (12-year-olds) and in specialized schools with instruction in foreign languages.
Tamara Danilovna Kuznetsova, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor, has devoted her scientific and pedagogical activity to solving these problems, and has been working at Ablai Khan University for almost 60 years. Currently, he is a member of the Academic Council, a scientific advisor for undergraduates and doctoral dissertations in the methodology of foreign language education. Under the guidance of Tamara Danilovna eight PhD dissertations were defended according to «13.00.02. - "Theory and methodology of teaching and upbringing (Romano-Germanic and Turkic languages in the system of primary, secondary and higher education)" and more than 70 master's theses on the educational program "7M01711 - Training of teachers of a foreign language (scientific and pedagogical direction)". He takes an active part in the development of English language programs and textbooks for 12-year secondary schools, regulations and programs, SGES (State General Education Standard / GOSO) for bachelor's and master's degrees, the Concept of the development of foreign language education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kuznetsova T.D. skillfully manages the research work of students, many of whom are noted at university and republican competitions of student papers. As an active participant of republican and international conferences Tamara Danilovna spreads the experience of the university.
The purpose of the Round Table is to discuss topical issues of professional training of specialists in foreign language education in the context of linguistic and cultural methodology, summarizing experience and predicting prospects.
Areas of work of the round table:
1. Implementation of cognitive linguoculturological methodology of foreign language education in the structure and content of programs, textbooks and training manual.
2. Modern information and communication systems and technologies as a component of the professional training of future teachers of foreign languages.
3. Organization of scientific and research activities of future teachers in the digital environment.
4. Cognitive potential of the person in the conditions of informatization and digitalization of the foreign language educational process: experience, opportunities and prospects.

Pages are not numbered; hyphens are not allowed. Footnotes to the literature should be given in square brackets in accordance with the basic publishing standards for the design of articles in accordance with GOST 7.5-98 “Magazines, collections, informational publications.
The structure and format of publishing materials", bibliography references should be written in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of drafting "[2, p.5]. Pay attention to the design of the electronic document.
UDC of the article is printed on the top left. Then, after a space to the right the Name (and initials) of the author(s), his/her degree, academic title, position, full name of the organization are written in bold type. The title of article is printed in capital letters, in bold with alignment in the middle, there is no dot after name of a title. Then, after a space, keywords and summaries are given in the language of an article (Kazakh/Russian/English, 8-10 lines, 70-90 words), further keywords and summaries are given in English (if an article is written in Kazakh/Russian languages. Example-1, 2) / keywords and summaries are given in Russian/Kazakh language (if an article is written in English., Example-3,4).
Then, the text of the article is depicted. Figures are given in the center of the page after the link in the text; format - any supported by Microsoft Word; an empty line is left above and below. The name of a figure is given after the figure number (Figure 1 - ...). There is no dot after the title of a figure. Tables are put in the center of the page after the link to it. An empty line is left after a table.
The name of a table is given above the table, with a paragraph indent of 1.25 cm after the table number (Table 1 - ...). Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt., lowercase, alignment is in the middle. The name of the table is separated from the text by a blank line. No dot after the name of a table. An article ends with the list of references: “ӘДЕБИЕТ” - if the article is in Kazakh, “ЛИТЕРАТУРА” - if the article is in Russian and “REFERENCES” - if the article is in English.
