Meeting of Young Professionals and PhD Graduates with Representatives of JSC "Financial Center"

On November 20, 2024, young professionals and PhD graduates met with representatives from JSC "Financial Center" under Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MSHE RK), Akzira Serikkalikyzy Serikkali and Abilay Amangeldiuly Tynybekov, to discuss the requirements for mandatory service under state educational grants.

The session was moderated by Aitkenzhe Tursagulovna Mergembayeva, Head of Academic Affairs, and attended by legal advisor Munara Toktakhunovna Ibragimova, along with faculty representatives.

Akzira Serikkalikyzy provided an overview of job placement, employment obligations, and repayment policies for students who received state-funded education. She also clarified which categories of graduates are exempt from the mandatory service requirement.

The event gave graduates an opportunity to ask questions and receive clear, detailed answers, helping them better understand their obligations and options.
