On October 21, 2025, a group of final-year students attended an informational meeting with representatives of LLP «Coca-Cola İçecek Kazakhstan» — one of the leading beverage producers in the region.
The meeting began with opening words from Aishabibi Narbay, talent and capability development manager, introduced the company, its mission, values, geographical presence, and career development opportunities. She highlighted that Coca-Cola İçecek actively invests in the development of young professionals and offers a transparent system for internships and graduate employment.
Following her, HR specialist Orynbayeva Akerke Yeltaykyzy delivered a practical presentation on the topic: “How to Create an Effective Resume” During her talk, students received valuable advice on resume structure, content, formatting, and common mistakes to avoid when applying for jobs.
At the end of the meeting, Orynbaeva Akerke conducted an interactive session with training elements. Students took part in an "elevator pitch" exercise — a brief self-presentation as a candidate within a limited time. This allowed participants to apply the knowledge they had gained in practice and receive feedback from a representative of the HR department of the international company. At the end of the session, participants received prizes — products featuring the company's branding.
The meeting took place in a warm and professional atmosphere, helping students enhance their professional skills and broaden their understanding of the expectations within the modern corporate sector.
