On November 12, 2025, a meeting was held with graduating students of the Class of 2026 and representatives of JSC “Financial Center” of the MSHE RK. During the meeting, Abylai Tynybekov, Leading Specialist of the Almaty Representative Office of JSC “Financial Center” of the MSHE RK, provided detailed information about the procedures and requirements for mandatory service under the state educational grant.
The speaker explained the legal provisions governing the fulfillment of employment obligations by graduates who studied under the state educational grant, as well as the functions of JSC “Financial Center” of the MSHE RK in this area.
Special attention was given to recent updates to the rules for exemption from mandatory service, in particular, the introduction of the possibility of exemption for those undergoing military service.
At the end of the session, students asked questions regarding employment procedures, timelines, and conditions of mandatory service. Representatives of the Center provided comprehensive answers and emphasized the importance of responsible compliance with state obligations.
The event contributed to increasing students’ legal awareness and supporting their professional orientation.
