Several master classes were taught in Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages within the framework of establishment of «Translators of Kazakhstan» foundation and international scientific symposium «Topical issues of translation in the context of intercultural communication» dedicated to 75-anniversary of KazUIR and WL.
These master classes aimed to establish favorable conditions for exchange of best practices between scholars and lecturers of native and foreign higher education institutes which deal with the topical issues of translation and intercultural communications. Master classes were given by invited foreign scholars from the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Russia, Egypt and South Korea as well as native scholars of translation studies and professional interpreters.
