April 11, 2017 Department of international law held a regular scientific-theoretical seminar on the topic: "New civil procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan practice of implementation". Professor, the candidate of legal sciences Abzhanov Aset Kubenovich talked about the innovations in the civil procedural law. The lecturers and graduate students took an active part at the seminar.
The participants of the seminar exchanged views regarding the changes to the civil procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The workshop recommendations and suggestions were made during the seminar.
