“Chinese Migration as a geopolitical and geo-economic fact” guest lecture

In the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, the Faculty of International Relations conducted a guest lecture with the participation of doctor of historical sciences, Assistant Professor Z.D.Shaimardanova, on the topic “Chinese Migration as a geopolitical and geo-economic fact”. The lecture covered the following issues:

causes of Chinese migration, its typology, features of the new wave of Chinese migration, Chinese migration in Kazakhstan, and also presented the main directions and implementation of the project “Economic belt of the Silk Road”. Students of 1-4 courses and the faculty of the Conservatory showed interest in the stated subject of the lecture, askin questions after its completion.
