From January 6 to 11, the International Youth Forum on the Peaceful Unification of Korea was held in Korea (Seoul). Each country was represented by only one participant. With the support of the company “Asia Exchange Assistance and GKL” , a 4th year student of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Languages and Translation of the Far East region, Bizhanov Yerzhan represented Kazakhstan.
During these 6 days, he was able to see the border of North and South Korea, the weapons base, and the land of North Korea through binoculars. And also, Yerzhan read his report on the theme “The Peace of Korea and the Role of Asian Youth” defended the design work named “Purple Korea” , he gained great results and won the first place. Yerzhan is grateful to the sponsors for the opportunity to visit Korea again. He is convinced that such opportunities make a huge contribution to his growth.
