On Friday, 15th of February, dr. Gerhard Sailer visited students of the Faculty of International Relations with a guest lecture. During the visit, he spoke about the origins of diplomacy, diplomatic language and etiquette, the differences between the diplomatic and consular services, and the role of diplomacy in society. During the lecture dr. Gerhard asked and tested the knowledge of students in their subject.
He also shared his experiences about his career, which amused the students. After the lectures, the students asked several questions, in particular, they were interested in the question about visa applications and the way of studying abroad. The lecture ended with a success, as the students left the hall with a smile and a photo for memory.
