On February 27, 2021 by Kazumo_MUN Club on the highest level was organized and held online International MUN Conference. There were delegates from five continents of the world, who joined efforts in searching “Building back better in a post-COVID-19 world”.
On behalf of the Rector of Kazakh Ablai khan University Conference was opened by welcome speech of the Vice Rector for youth policy Seryozhkina Tatyana Vladimirovna. As the honorable guests there were invited the Deputy Head of Almaty Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Mr. Ruslan Malikovich, the UN Resident Coordinator in the Republic of Kazakhstan - Ms. Michaela Friberg-Storey, the Representative of the United Nations Global Communications Department in Almaty – Mr. Vlastimil Samek, Public Affairs Officer of the United States Consulate General in Almaty - Mr. Anand Krishna and others.
The work of three Committees were hosted by outstanding Chairs: Mrs. Maria Papagorgio (UK) – World Health Organization, Mr. Eldaniz Gusseinov (Germany) - UNESCO, Mr. Khayot Khalikov (Uzbekistan) - ECOSOC.
On the eve of 80th Anniversary of Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages organizing team of Kazumo_MUN Club founders and members are honored to contribute in making our world better by this conference!
