On February 23, 2021, was held an international online scientific-practical conference "Actual problems of the development of Independent Kazakhstan in the process of its transformation", which dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Doctor of Philosophical Science, Professor Bulekbaev Sagadi Bayuzakovich. The organizers of this scientific event were the Faculty and the Department of Postgraduate Education.
The scientific-practical conference was opened by the rector of Abylay khan KazUIR & WL, Doctor of Philological Sciences , Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kunanbaeva Salima Sagievna. Salima Sagievna acquainted the participants of this conference with the autobiography of Professor SB Bulekbaev, emphasized his contribution to the national science and education. The Association of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at the request of the KazUIR & WL named after Abylai Khan, awards Sagadi Baizakovich with the Gold Medal named after Akhmet Baitursynov.
The rector of KazUIR & WL awarded the hero of the day the Gold Medal named after Akhmet Baitursynov for his many years of fruitful work in the system of higher and postgraduate education, outstanding achievements in the field of higher and postgraduate education and who made a significant contribution to its development, development of questions of theory, methodology and practice of higher and postgraduate education, innovative ideas and an innovative approach in training new generation specialists, improving the methods of teaching and educating the younger generation, cultural and moral development of the individual, the creation of scientific papers, as well as the Certificate of Merit from KazUIR & WL.
Bulekbayev Sagadi Bayuzakovich was congratulated by the vice-rector for scientific and innovative activities Uspanova M.U., the vice-rector for educational and methodical work Kulgildinova T.A., the dean of the Faculty of postgraduate education Baisultanova K.Sh.
The purpose of the scientific and practical international conference was to discuss urgent problems of Independent Kazakhstan in the process of its transformation.

As a result of the conference, a "Collection of materials of the international scientific and practical conference on the topic:" Actual problems of the development of Independent Kazakhstan in the process of its transformation " is being prepared and dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor Bulekbaev Sagadi Bayuzakovich. The collection will include reports of the conference participants, which summarize the results of the thirty-year development of Kazakhstan in the main areas of economic, educational, socio-political spheres and outline the priority directions of the country's future development.
