Essay competition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan

The Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of KazUIR&WL named after Ablai Khan carried out organizational work for the participation of students in the competition "Bar bakytym - Kasietti Otanym", organized by the Akimat of Almaty region within the framework of the Day of languages ​​of the people of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Republic's Independence.

The purpose of this event was to strengthen the sense of patriotism, develop the creative potential, linguistic capital of student youth. The competition was held by the Department for the Development of Languages ​​of the Almaty Region among students of higher educational institutions of the Almaty Region and the city of Almaty. Contestants were asked to choose one of 45 essay topics.

This competition was attended by a 1st year student of the Faculty of International Relations Bekezhanova Aikumis, who, under the guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, prof. Kunakova K.U. prepared an essay on the topic "National Spirit - the basis of the nation."

By the decision of the competition committee (Protocol No. 2 dated October 26, 2021), based on the results of the assessment of the received essays, Bekezhanova Aikumis was awarded 3rd place with the presentation of a III degree diploma and a cash certificate in the amount of 50,000 tenge.
