Prof (Dr) Ratnesh Dwivedi was invited as Guest Speaker by Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relation & World Languages to talk on "Research Methods in Media".
While the basic structure of research remains the same whether it's Media Research or any other field but Prof Dwivedi strongly believes that Media itself is not a discipline but an amalgam of many disciplines such as Social Sciences, Psychology, Basic Sciences, Communication, Economics, Finances, and Management. But when we talk about research methods in Media and Communication it's slightly different from other fields as Media sets the agenda for the public for everyday life.
A bit about scholars and University- Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages is the foremost University of Media, Linguistics, and International Affairs in the CIS region. The scholars who attended this lecture were worthy of praise and so was the organizer Prof (Dr) Bagila Akhitova.
