On June 9, 2022, a delegation of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (Indonesia) arrived with an official visit to the Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages. The purpose of this visit was the signing of a Memorandum on mutual cooperation between two universities in the field of education and science.
The opening ceremony of the official part of the meeting, which was held in offline and online format, was attended by Rector Kazakh Ablai khan UIR&WL Kunanbayeva Salima Sagievna, Rector of the University of Indonesia Erna Hernawati, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tajikistan Mochamad Fadjroel Rachman, Vice-rectors and staff of two universities. After the signing of the Memorandum, representatives of universities continued to discuss the timing of the implementation of the points of the Memorandum.
