MIGRATION PROCESSES IN THE MODERN WORLD. UNITED ASIAN COMMUNITY.

Since February 1, 2023 the Faculty of International Relations of JSC “Kazakh Ablai khan university of International Relations and World Languages” holds a weekly course “Migration processes in the modern world, the United Asian Community”, which is sponsored by the Japanese Fund “Eurasia Fondation” (from Asia). Professor Aidarbekov Z.S. has been the Head of this academic project "United Asia - United World" for 3 years, and the Project Coordinator is an Associate Professor of the Department of Modern History of Kazakhstan and Worldview Disciplines - Khairullayeva V. Kh.

On March 31, 2023, the Vice President of the Eurasia Foundation, Professor Chung Joon Kon, a leading expert in International Relations, gave an excellent, two-hour lecture on “Why Asian Community Now?” In this lecture, Professor Chung Joon Kon discussed with the students how the world would change in the coming decades. The contemporary world, characterized by instability, volatility, and rapidly changing values and information, brings a new perspective to the issue of education in the face of global risks and threats.

At the end of the lecture, Professor Chung Joon Kon highlighted the good knowledge of languages and erudition of our students, as well as the consistency and high organization of the course by the Faculty of International Relations of JSC “Kazakh Ablai khan university of International Relations and World Languages”, thereby expressing his respect and gratitude to the University administration.
