A student of the Faculty of Oriental Studies became the winner of the 26th Central Asian competition of public speaking in Japanese

26th Central Asian Public Speaking Competition in Japanese

On May 20, 2023, the 26th Central Asian Oratory Competition in Japanese was held in Bishkek. The event was attended by 18 people, including student teams from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

From Kazakhstan, the 3rd place was taken by a student of KazUIR & WL of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, 3rd year student Turdykhozha Madina with the topic “What I didn’t tell my parents”

The Public Speaking Competition was not only a competition, but also a platform for meeting and sharing experiences between students who study Japanese and are interested in Japanese culture.
