The international rating "IAAR University Ranking", developed and aimed at a comprehensive assessment of the quality of the activities of higher educational institutions, takes into account the international methodological standards for building rankings IREG (Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence), standards for conducting empirical research and promotes the integration of universities into the global educational and world space.
