The record of Kazakhstan: The teacher of Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages made the country's first car trip around the world

Associate Professor of  the Department of  International Communications Madina Ashilova  became the hero of the Kazak Book of  Records KIEG-2023, setting a record in conducting the first automobile round-the-world trip aimed at popularizing Kazakhstan abroad.

The trip took her about 2 years. It began in May 2022. Then, from the American San Francisco, located on the Pacific coast, Madina Ashilova traveled to New York, the Atlantic coast, visiting cities such as Los Angeles, Austin, Athens, Myrtle Beach, Washington. As a result of the trip, a scientific and educational movie "The University Project: the Future is Uncertain" was shot for the university.

In July 2022, she went further - from Almaty to Spain through 12 European countries to the Atlantic coast to the city of San Sebastian.This journey took almost 2 months and amounted to 16,000 km.

This year, 2023, Madina Serikbekovna completed the third and final stage of her trip around the world, traveling from Almaty to Vladivostok, the Russian coast of the Pacific Ocean. Also during the year, additional trips were organized to China, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. The total length of the route exceeded 40,000 km.

The main goal of the project is to popularize Kazakhstan's cultural heritage abroad, introduce viewers to new cultures, and motivate them to travel by car.
