Faculty of Management and International Communication continues its cooperation with the consulting and recruitment agency ASA HRM in planning and organizing international internship for the students majoring in «6В11101 Tourism» and «6B11102 Restaurant business and hotel industry». ASA HRM is a leading Turkish company which provides foreign students with the employment and internship opportunities in hotel enterprises in Turkey. The internship is carried out within the framework of the Agreement between KazUIR&WL and ASA HRM. During the internship, students acquire practical skills in working in various positions of the hotel departments of Front Office, Guest Relations, Animation and Food & Beverages.

In the 2022-2023 academic year the faculty began cooperation with TEZTOUR (EUOPE HOLIDAY) in Antalya, Turkey. In April 2023, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between TEZTOUR (EUROPE HOLIDAY) and KazUIR&WL was signed. The programme "Internship in Turkey" was developed, which enables students of «6В11101 Tourism» and «6B11102 Restaurant business and hotel industry» to go through the paid professional practice, and according to the results of the internship they can become employees or enter the personnel reserve of TEZ TOUR representative office in Almaty. During the internship students perform the functional duties of a transfer guide, accompany guests during tours, and conduct various excursion programs.

Within the framework of the cooperation agreements 2 and 3-year students of the Faculty of Management and international communication completed their international practice in Turkey which took place from May to October 2023 at the travel company Europe Holiday and 5-star hotels Kirman Belazur, Selectum Luxury, Sunis Royal Efes, Euphoria Royal Diwa Tekirova, Von Golden Coast, Hotel SU and others. The total number of students who went through the given practice is 126 students with 53 students majoring in «6В11101 Tourism» and 73 students - in «6B11102 Restaurant business and hotel industry».
As the result of the given international internship students acquire professional skills, improve their English and Turkish language skills, receive certificates and letters of recommendation, which will contribute to their subsequent employment in tourist and hotel enterprises in Kazakhstan.
