Senior lecturer of the department of Oriental Studies of Ablai Khan University, Uralbayev Samat Salamatovich has won the Nelson Mandela Residential Fellowship 2023 and was granted with the full stipend of the Center for Diplomatic Advancement. The professional training of the fellowship was held on 19-25 October 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey and more than 20 fellows from South Africa, China, Russia, Egypt, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Colombia, Morocco, Romania, UK and other countries took part and discussed the heritage of Nelson Mandela, shared ideas of international peace, diplomacy and current affairs of the world.
