On December 8, 2023, the intra-university Volunteer Forum "Strength in Unity" was held at Ablai Khan University, which was attended by university students, members of the volunteer organizations "League of Volunteers" and "Komek". On behalf of the Rector of the University, S.S. Kunanbayeva, the Head of the Department of Ideology and Social Development, G.S. Egenbayeva, delivered a welcoming speech, congratulating students on the International Volunteer Day.
There are about 400 students at our university who represent volunteer associations and demonstrate a desire to help, be useful and active in the public life of the country. We are very proud of you - summed up G. Egenbayeva.
The leaders of the "League of Volunteers" and "Komek" of the university demonstrated the results of their work and achievements for the current period, and the founder of "Komek" Alamsho Gafurov made a speech where he spoke about the history of the formation and scale of the activities of the volunteer movement "Komek", as well as about the possibilities of volunteering. The result of the Forum was the awarding of letters of appreciation to the most active and distinguished students in public activities. We thank the organizers and participants of the Forum.
