On March 28, 2024, the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the Representative Office of the Republican Public Association «Assembly Zhastary».
On behalf of the Rector of the University, Vice-Rector for administrative and organizational work Nurgabylov U.S. performed a welcoming speech, noting the importance of creating a cell of the RPA «Assembly Zhastary» within the walls of the university. The Deputy Director of the «Umit» Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Refugees, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Dr. Akbari Mohammad Ashraf Afzal, noting the relevance of the activities of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and cooperation in the framework of the development of interethnic harmony among young people. Rustam Abdusalamovich Kairyev, a member of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Union of Uighur Youth of Kazakhstan, spoke at the meeting, emphasizing the great importance of students' participation in ensuring interethnic harmony, the implementation of charity and other creative activities. Member of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, First Deputy Chairman of the representative office of the RPA «Assembly Zhastary» in Almaty Mohammedsaruar Omar spoke about the activities of the youth cell within the city and the republic, and also expressed confidence that the work of the RPA «Assembly Zhastary» at Kazakh Ablai Khan UIR&WL will contribute to the growth of spiritual and moral guidelines, cultural understanding and communication culture among the student youth of Kazakh Ablai Khan UIR&WL.
