The purpose of the event: Creating a festive atmosphere, developing students' creative and organizational abilities, strengthening team spirit and interaction between students and teachers.
The program of the event:
- Opening of the event.
Welcome speech from the head of the Department of Management and Marketing Beisenova G., dedicated to the importance of the International Day of Students and the importance of the cohesion of the student community.
- Costume fashion show.
The participants of the event demonstrated original Halloween-style images. The jury, consisting of teachers and representatives of student activists, evaluated the costumes according to the following criteria: originality, creativity, and relevance to the subject.
- The competition program.
Exciting contests were organized as part of the ball:
- A quiz on the history of the Halloween holiday.
- Team building games, including a themed quest game.
- Creative competition for the best hand-decorated pumpkin.
- Thematic photo zone.
Participants could take memorable photos against the backdrop of the scenery created by the students of the department.
- The dance part.
Students of the 2nd year and the 1st accelerated department of the EP "Management and Marketing" staged and demonstrated a ballroom dance. The musical program included modern hits and traditional compositions suitable for the Halloween atmosphere.
Results and achievements:
- The winners of the contests were awarded with commemorative diplomas and symbolic prizes.
- The event attracted about 220 students, including representatives of other faculties.
- The active participation of first-year students was noted, which contributes to their integration into the student community.
Conclusions:
The event was held at a high organizational level, created a festive atmosphere and contributed to strengthening the relationship between students and teachers. The students showed creativity, initiative and a high degree of involvement.
Recommendations:
Consider the possibility of making themed balls an annual tradition, as well as expand the program by inviting guests, including graduates and potential employers, which will increase the recognition of the department.
