31 January 2017 the department of International Law was held a scientific-theoretical seminar on the theme: "Legal regulation of labor relations complicated by a foreign element", where the peculiarities of legal regulation of labour of foreigners arriving in Kazakhstan were discussed. In the Republic of Kazakhstan amendments to the legislation on employment of population and migration, entered into force January 1, 2107.
The report on the theme of the seminar was prepared by a Professor of International Law, Stambolova Gulnar Abdeshevna. The report was consecrated to terminological differences in the concept of labor migration, issues and proposals to improve the legislation.
The seminar was attended by faculty, students and undergraduates.
