On 23rd February, Deputy Director of the Kazakhstan Bureau for Human Rights, Denis Jivaga delivered a public lecture for 3rd year students of specialty “5B020200 – International Relations” and “5B050500- regional studies” dedicated to the topical issues of international refugee law.
