March 13, our University was visited by musicians of the ethno-folk ensemble "Turan". They gave a lecture-concert, where they showed not only great skill of musical performance, but also they told us about the history of origin of each musical instrument (dombyra, kobyz, Zhetygen, Shan kobyz, sazsyrnai, kylkobyz, Darbaza, tai tuyak and others) which are in their creative arsenal.
The main leitmotif of the meeting should be called: the importance of preserving the diverse flavor of the Kazakh musical culture in contemporary globalization realities; promotion of folk creativity in the global cultural space through popularization of the Kazakh musical-ethnographic folklore; preservation of information in the minds of young people about identity and deep philosophical thought in the Kazakh folk art; the development of Kazakh's musical culture; development of the common value orientations of contemporary culture through the formation of the national idea " Мәнгілік Ел ".
