On November 28, 2018 year, the Department of International Law, Faculty of Economics and Law held a student competition in the specialty "5В030100-Jurisprudence". The purpose of the Olympiad is to determine the specific professional skills of future lawyers professionals, encourage students to conduct educational and research work, promote the professional and personal potential of students, identify their creativity, promote the formation and development of the individual.
Olympics jury consisted of employers. They are: Shayakhmetova Ayim - Judge of the Specialized Inter-District Administrative Court of Almaty, Rakhmetzhanov Maksat - Lawyer of the Almaty Advocacy Association, Burketbayev Yerlan - Lawyer of the Almaty Advocacy Association, Zhunusov Zhalel - Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Affairs on the Metropolitan Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, Head of the Department Tolegen - Lawyer of the Almaty Advocacy Association.
Students of many universities took part in the Olympiad and shared their knowledge: Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, Narkhoz University, Caspian University, Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after M.Esmakhanova, KazUIRWL named after Abylay khan, the Eurasian Technical University.
During the Olympiad, students performed their tasks well. Students' knowledge was awarded by jury members: 1st place - Caspian University, 2nd place - KazUIRWL named after Abylay khan , Kazakh State Academy of Arts and Sciences and Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, 3rd place - Narkhoz University, Academy of Internal Affairs named after M.Esbolatova.
