2nd year master students of the educational program "7M01719-Training of teachers of a foreign language (scientific and pedagogical direction)" of Baishev University from March 29 to April 9, 2021, underwent a scientific traineeship using distance learning technologies (DLT) on the basis of the research applied laboratories "Modernization of a foreign language education based on cognitive-linguocultural methodology ”.
Leading specialist in distance learning, author of numerous works on the implementation of distance learning technologies in the educational process, Doctor of Pedagogical sciences, Academician of the International Academy of Pedagogical Education, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization under the UN General and Consultative Status, Professor of the Department of Postgraduate Education of KazUIR & WL Jusubalieva D.M. held a seminar on the topic "Requirements for the design of scientific work of dissertations and articles."
As part of the traineeship were organized interactive consulting and online participation in lectures by the leading specialists of KazUIR & WL. In particular, master students listened to the lectures of Doctor PhD Kasymbekova M.A. on the course "Integrative-management complex for the formation of a model of a modern specialist", course of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences., Assistant professor A.A. Golovchun "Modern linguistic theories, their paradigms and research methods", course of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences., Assistant professor Zhumabekova G.B. "Conceptual and educational basis and mechanisms for the development of programs for the training of foreign language pedagogues to ensure the target setting of the profile-integrative model of general secondary education" and other training courses.
Undergraduates were provided with access to the network, information and multimedia electronic resources of KazUIR & WL. The traineeship of undergraduates ended with an interactive theoretical and methodological seminar on the topic "Actual problems of modern methodology of foreign language education."
It should be noted that this traineeship is aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge and research skills in the course of active participation in training seminars and "round tables", familiarization with the teaching system of the leading university on the methodology of foreign language education. After completing the traineeship the undergraduates received certificates.
