On November 17, 2021, Shoman Eleonora, LL.M., lecturer of the Department of International Law held an open seminar-lesson with 2nd year students in the specialty Jurisprudence on the topic "Civil liability of banks for violation of banking legislation". Tasbau Kymbat, a press secretary of the Almaly District Court of Almaty and Akashova Aizhan, a specialist of the Almaly District Court, were invited to the seminar. They shared specific cases of banking violations considered in the Almaly court, and also gave situational examples of how to quickly and correctly use the materials of the legal field.Within the framework of the seminar, civil law violations, the most common in the banking sector, and the specifics of their consideration in legal practice were also considered and analyzed.
