Information for international students

Application Period: June 20 – August 20

Foreign citizens are admitted based on an interview conducted by the University Admissions Committee to assess their academic preparedness for studying at the university.

• Notarized copy of the passport – 2 copies;
• Original diploma and transcript (academic record), along with 2 notarized copies of each;
• Notarized translation of the diploma and transcript into Kazakh or Russian – 2 copies;
• Two (2) photographs, size 3 × 4 cm;
• TMedical Certificate Form 075/U issued by any licensed medical center in Kazakhstan.

Important Note: TThe translation of educational documents into Kazakh or Russian must be certified by a notary in the Republic of Kazakhstan or by the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the country where the document was issued.

Winter Admission: December 10 – January 5

Foreign citizens who have completed higher education programs (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) are eligible to apply for admission to the Master's Degree Program.
All foreign applicants must undergo an interview conducted by the University Admissions Committee. Based on the interview results, the Committee makes the final decision on enrollment.

Required Documents

• Original Bachelor's degree diploma and transcript (academic record), together with notarized copies certified in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Two (2) photographs, size 3 × 4 cm;
• Medical Certificate Form 075/U issued by any licensed medical center in Kazakhstan;
• Notarized copy of the passport certified in the Republic of Kazakhstan – 2 copies.

All foreign applicants must undergo an interview conducted by the University Admissions Committee. Based on the interview results, the Committee makes the final decision on enrollment.

Required Documents

• Original Master's degree diploma and transcript (academic record);
• Two (2) notarized copies of the Master's degree diploma and transcript;
• Notarized copy of the passport – 2 copies;
• Two (2) photographs, size 3 × 4 cm;
• Medical Certificate Form 075/U issued by any licensed medical center in Kazakhstan;
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• List of published scientific articles, conference papers, and other research publications (if available).

Important Note: The translation of educational documents into Kazakh or Russian must be certified by a notary in the Republic of Kazakhstan or by the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the country where the document was issued.

Applicants who have obtained their education outside the Republic of Kazakhstan are required to undergo the procedure for recognition of their educational documents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
After submitting documents to the University Admissions Committee, applicants must apply for the recognition procedure through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (Public Service Center).
The recognition procedure is carried out by the authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established regulations and requirements.
The certificate of recognition must be submitted to the University upon completion of the recognition procedure.
