On July 1, 2026, the day the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially entered into force, Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages held a ceremonial presentation of the country's Fundamental Law to its graduates.

The new Constitution was adopted following the national referendum held on March 15, 2026. It defines the country's future course of development by establishing updated principles of state governance, the system of public authorities, and the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of citizens. Its entry into force on July 1 marks the beginning of a new stage in the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was presented to the graduates by Kulipa Sharipkanovna Baysultanova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs. Congratulating the graduates on the successful completion of their studies, she wished them professional success, a strong sense of responsibility, a commitment to lifelong learning, and respect for the values of a democratic state governed by the rule of law.
The ceremony took place as part of the university's graduation celebration and carried special symbolic significance. Along with their diplomas, graduates received the Fundamental Law of the country – a document that establishes the basic principles of the state and society, guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens, and defines the responsibilities of every citizen.

For the graduates of Ablai Khan University, the event marked not only the beginning of their professional careers but also a reminder of their responsibility to contribute to the continued development and prosperity of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
