On July 29, 2026, Dana Anuvarbekovna Kunanbayeva, Acting Chair of the Management Board – Rector of Kazakh Ablai Khan Kazakh UIR&WL, presented the University's report on student support and social work for the 2025–2026 academic year as part of the implementation of the directive issued by Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The report was reviewed by Akerke Abylaikhan, Deputy Chair of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In her presentation, D.A. Kunanbayeva emphasized that the University's student development policy is implemented in close integration with the academic process, the work of academic advisors, student self-government bodies, the psychological support service, as well as research, social, and volunteer initiatives. During the reporting period, particular attention was given to implementing the state youth policy and the priority areas defined by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Key achievements included the implementation of the «Taza Kazakhstan» environmental initiative; the promotion of students' legal culture and constitutional awareness within the framework of the «Law and Order» principle; the advancement of the «Tolyk Adam» concept; the development of volunteer activities; the prevention of addictions and suicidal behavior; and the promotion of reading culture and academic integrity. The report also highlighted the University's active cooperation with government agencies, law enforcement authorities, public organizations, and youth associations, contributing to the creation of a safe and supportive educational environment and the comprehensive development of students.
Special attention was also paid to the University's priorities for the 2026–2027 academic year. These include the continued implementation of state youth and educational policy, the development of a safe educational environment, strengthening students' civic responsibility, introducing modern digital solutions, and the phased implementation of the Integral GPA as a comprehensive tool for assessing students' academic and extracurricular achievements.
The report demonstrated AblaiKhan University's systematic approach to implementing the national youth policy and educational initiatives aimed at developing active, responsible, and competitive graduates who are well prepared for both professional and civic engagement.
