On September 15, 2026, a psychological training session dedicated to helping students adapt to a new academic and social environment was held for first-year students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Education.

In an informal setting, participants had the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss their expectations, and share possible challenges associated with starting a new stage of their studies. During the training, students explored ways to cope with stress, build positive relationships with others, and maintain their emotional well-being.
Practical exercises and group activities helped participants better understand themselves and each other, while creating an atmosphere of openness, trust, and mutual support.
Such activities help students integrate more easily into university life and feel more confident in their new environment.
