On September 23, 2026, Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages hosted an interactive quest titled “The Constitution Around Us”, aimed at enhancing students’ legal awareness and fostering a strong culture of respect for the law.
The event took place on the grounds of Academic Building No. 1 and provided students with an engaging and interactive opportunity to deepen their understanding of the fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the rights and responsibilities of citizens.
The quest featured a variety of games, quizzes, logical challenges, and creative tasks related to the Constitution. Participants tested their knowledge of the role of the Constitution in society and the state, fundamental human rights and freedoms, civic responsibility, and the importance of law in everyday life.
As part of the event, five themed stations were set up across the university grounds. Participants moved from one station to another, completing a series of tasks at each stage. Each station featured a different theme and format designed not only to test students’ theoretical knowledge but also to develop their logical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and ability to express and support their views.
Participants received special Quest Cards, which were marked after the successful completion of each station. By progressing through all five stages, students were able to reinforce their knowledge of the Constitution through practical and game-based activities.
The interactive format enabled students to explore legal topics beyond theory and understand how constitutional principles relate to everyday life. By analysing different situations, answering questions, and completing creative tasks, participants broadened their understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and role as citizens.
The main objective of the event was to raise awareness among young people of the significance and values of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, enhance students’ legal literacy and legal culture, promote respect for the law, and encourage responsible citizenship.
Interactive initiatives of this kind help stimulate young people’s interest in legal and civic issues while encouraging active civic engagement. The use of game-based activities also makes legal education more accessible and helps students connect theoretical knowledge with real-life situations.
At the end of the quest, small commemorative gifts were presented to the most active participants.
The University will continue its efforts to promote legal awareness among students, strengthen civic responsibility, and encourage young people to take an active role in society.
