Was born on November 28, 1975, in Almaty.
In 1996, graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a major in Finance and Credit.
From 1996 to 1998, worked as a First Category Specialist in the Client Relations Department of the Bank Card Development Directorate at «Kazkommertsbank» JSC.
From 1999 to 2002, served as a Sales Assistant at the Representative Office of «SUN MICROSYSTEMS AB KAZAKHSTAN».
From 2003 to 2007, worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Management and International Relations.
From 2007 to 2021, served as Deputy General Director of «Corporate Business Systems ERP» LLP.
Since 2022, has been working as Vice-Rector for Strategic Development at Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.
