On October 21, 2025, students of the Faculty of International Communications met with representatives of the Italian University IULM (Milan), one of the leading European universities in the field of media, communications and tourism, at the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan.
The guests Alberto Parravicini, Head of the Department for Academic Mobility and International Student Recruitment, and Laura Gariboldi, Head of Student Services and Internal Communication, told the students about the study programs and academic mobility opportunities, and FMIC students who have already studied in Italy became a living example of international opportunities.
After the meeting with the students, negotiations were held between the leadership of Ablaikhan University and representatives of IULM, during which they discussed:
- Implementation of double degree programs in the fields of Journalism and Tourism;
- Development of joint educational and scientific projects;
- Expansion of academic mobility and teacher exchanges.
Both sides expressed interest in strengthening partnership and developing long-term cooperation aimed at integration into the European educational space and training of international specialists.
The meeting was the next step of Ablaikhan University towards global education, which opens up new horizons for professional and personal growth for students.
