On December 19, 2025, a ceremonial certificate award ceremony was held at the Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages for students who successfully completed the course “Theoretical Foundations of Mediation Activity.”
The course was aimed at developing additional professional competencies in the resolution of civil law disputes. Students studied the stages of the mediation procedure, effective communication and negotiation techniques, and learned how to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
The certificates were presented by Mukhtar Mukhanovich Adaev, a qualified lawyer, professional mediator, and experienced trainer.
