Uniqueness of the Educational Program
The educational program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists in the field of restaurant and hotel management who possess modern theoretical knowledge and practical skills in organizing, managing, planning, and forecasting processes in the hospitality industry. The program focuses on developing professional competencies in managerial, research, project, and expert activities, taking into account current trends in the development of the restaurant and hotel business in a global context.
An additional advantage of the program is its interdisciplinary approach to education, involvement of master’s students in research activities and scientific conferences, as well as internships and research practice at partner universities and профиль organizations, including Università IULM (Milan, Italy) and Hainan Tropical Ocean University (China).
