Information on the procedure for settling in student dormitories

Dear students!

Joint Stock Company «Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages» (hereinafter - the University) informs about the beginning of preparations for the academic year 2025-2026 and brings to the attention of students information on the procedure for settling in student dormitories.

1. Applying for accommodation

Category: 2-4 courses students

Applications are submitted exclusively through the student's personal account in HeRo Study Space in electronic format.

Application deadlines:

• 2^nd year students: August 11 to 13, 2025 (inclusive)
• 3^rd year students: 14 to 16 August 2025 (inclusive)
• 4^th year students: 17 to 19 August 2025 (inclusive)

Applications submitted on time are considered by the commission for the competitive distribution of places in the dormitories of the University.

Lists of students who have received a place in the dormitories are published on the official resources of the University:

2. Accommodation in dormitories

Start of settlement: from August 25, 2025, daily from 09:00 to 18:00, including weekends and holidays.

3. List of necessary documents for settlement

For accommodation in the dormitories, students of 2-4 courses provide:

1. Application of the established form (the template is available in the student's personal account in HeRo Study Space - appears after confirming the provision of a place).
2. Direction for the provision of a place - issued at the address: Almaty city, Muratbayev Str., 200, Educational building No. 1, office. 7.

3. Medical certificate form 075-У
4. Photos 3 × 4 cm - 2 pcs.
5. 10 Month Accommodation Receipt (September 2025 - June 2026)

Important:

• Payment is made in the amount of 100% prepayment according to the approved price list.
• Payment is possible through mobile applications of Bank CenterCredit JSC and Kaspi Bank JSC.

Purpose of payment:

Full name of the student, IIN of the student, course, dormitory number, payment purpose code: 872 (when paid at the branch of a commercial bank). In case of payment using a mobile banking application, the information requested by the intermediary bank in the mobile banking application is filled in.

All listed documents are provided directly to the head of the dormitory on the day of check-in.

The University recalls the need to comply with the deadlines for submitting applications and timely preparation of documents. In case of late submission of these documents and payment, the University reserves the right to refuse to move in.
