The Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for the title of
“Best University Teacher – 2025.”

The competition is held in accordance with Order No. 124 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015, “On the Approval of the Rules for Awarding the Title ‘Best University Teacher.’”

The XII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual problems of science and education in the context of global changes" will be held on November 12 - 13, 2025 at the Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

The Regional State Institution “Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty city” within the framework of implementing the Civil Service Development Concept, graduating students of 2026 are invited to a meeting dedicated to career opportunities in the civil service.

The following students are eligible to participate in the competition:
