On November 12, 2025, the XII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual Problems of Science and Education in the Context of Global Change" was held at the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

The purpose of the conference was to discuss current issues in the field of science and education, ensuring the quality of higher education in the context of global changes.
The main thematic areas of the conference were as follows:
- Modern foreign-language educational paradigm of competence modeling based on cognitive-linguoculturological methodology of foreign language education.
- Professional communication and artificial intelligence in foreign language education.
- Contemporary issues in linguistics and translation.
- Modern East in the context of global transformations: language, culture, politics.
- Future technologies: AI and ICT as drivers of education and science development.
- Strategic management and communication in the modern world: challenges and prospects.
- Challenges and threats of the modern world and current trends in economics and law.
Foreign and domestic scientists, researchers in various fields of science took part in the conference
The main topic of the event was the discussion of innovative solutions and new approaches to global challenges faced by societies in the era of rapid technological progress.

Kagazbayeva, c.p.s., Professor, Z.D. Shaimordanova,d.h.s, Professor, G.S. Asanova, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), S. M. Seksenbayeva, Master of Philological Sciences and academic professors from foreign partner universities, such as O. M. Tabachnikova, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Associate Professor at the University of Lancashire (Preston, England), Itska Derizhan, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at the Free University of Burgas (Bulgaria), Dr. Jesus Garcia Laborda, Professor at the Franklin Institute of the University of Alcala, Madrid, Spain, Edita Hornackova Klapicova, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), habilitated Doctor, Associate Professor at Constantine the Philosopher University (Nitra, Slovakia).
The topics of the reports were so fascinating and relevant that the audience remained completely immersed in scientific discussions throughout the conference. Young scientists – master's and doctoral students – also took part in the conference.
After lunch, the conference continued in 7 sections.
The XII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual Problems of Science and Education in the Context of Global Change" has become an important platform for the exchanging knowledge, experience and strengthening international relations. The conference participants expressed hope for continued fruitful cooperation and holding similar events in the future, which will allow our society to step towards a bright and sustainable future.
