On December 18–19, 2025, the sports complex of Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages hosted the annual traditional Rector’s Cup Volleyball and Futsal Tournament among faculty members, staff, and students.
The volleyball tournament was held in a mixed-team format, bringing together students and faculty members, which highlighted the spirit of cooperation, unity, and teamwork within the university community. As a result of the competition, the places were distributed as follows:
1st place - Money team (Teacher training pedagogical faculty),
2nd place - Eagles team (Faculty of Management and International Communication & Administrative and Organizational Work),
3rd place - Inyaz team (Faculty of International Relations, Law and Business & Staff).
The futsal tournament winners and prizeholders were:
1st place - FC Inyaz team (3rd year),
2nd place - Teacher training pedagogical faculty team,
3rd place - La Massia team (Faculty of International Relations, Law and Business).
The winners and prizeholders were awarded the Rector’s Cup, diplomas, and valuable prizes. The tournament has become an integral part of the university’s sporting tradition, contributing to the promotion of mass sports, strengthening team spirit, and fostering a healthy lifestyle within the university community.
