On November 28, 2025, within the framework of the academic discipline Publishing Studies, a project competition entitled “Publishing of the Future” was held. The competition aimed to develop students’ professional competencies, foster research and project-based skills, and stimulate creative and analytical thinking.

The purpose of the project work was to discuss current trends in the development of the publishing industry, to explore the role of digital technologies in modern book publishing, and to present students’ own project-based and research works focused on the future of publishing.
During the competition, key issues were addressed, including the digitalization of publishing processes, the development of electronic and interactive publications, the use of artificial intelligence and multimedia formats in publishing practice, as well as the transformation of the roles of publishers and readers in the contemporary media environment.

Presentations were accompanied by visual materials, demonstrations of future publishing concepts, and discussions of design, technological, and content-related solutions.
