On February 24, 2026, a guest lecture was held for students of the “International Business” educational program by representatives of one of the major insurance companies of Kazakhstan – Nomad Insurance JSC.
The event was attended by Ainetalipova Ainur Yesengeldinovna, Director of Human Resources, and Shukhrat Iminov, Director of the Marketing Department.
During the lecture, the Director of Human Resources presented the organizational structure of the company, outlined its corporate governance system, introduced key managers, and discussed the company’s HR policy, including specific approaches to working with young professionals in Kazakhstan.
The Director of the Marketing Department focused on the specifics of marketing in the insurance industry, tools for managing customer attention and trust, as well as strategies for building effective sales. The main insurance products offered in the Kazakhstani market were presented and their demand was analyzed. Special attention was given to the company’s position among insurance organizations in Kazakhstan and its international rating.
Students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, and received valuable prizes from the company for the most insightful answers.
