On November 28, 2025, on the eve of Independence Day, an open educational session entitled “A Conscious Generation — a Bright Future” was organized for third-year students (groups 307, 308, 201A) of the Turkish Language Department, specialty Foreign Philology, Faculty of Oriental Studies. The event aimed to foster patriotism toward the homeland, promote honesty, and encourage young people to refrain from harmful habits.

On November 27, the VII competition of artistic reading of Abai's poetry in Chinese, Kazakh, and Russian languages took place successfully in the Red Hall of the Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. At the beginning of winter, a slight chill was felt in Almaty, but the warm atmosphere in the hall completely dispelled it. Students and faculty from the Abai Khan University, Kazakh National University, Almaty State Pedagogical University, and other universities participated in the competition, coming together for poetic intercultural communication.

On November 27, 2025, the Department of International Business of Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Ablai Khan held the Regional Student Competition in “Business Planning” for students of the educational program 041 – Business and Management from higher education institutions across Kazakhstan.

The third-year students Dias Tlebalganov and Dastan Mukhambet of the educational programs “6B04202 – International Law” and “6B04201 – Jurisprudence”, under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of International Law Zh.B. Meermanova, honorably represented the Ablai Khan University at the III International Student Competition “The Nuremberg Trial and Contemporary International Law,” held on November 24–27, 2025 in the Republic of Belarus.

On November 26, the Faculty of Management and International Communications of our university held an international student research and practical conference, "Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Economy: New Horizons for Business, Management, and International Communications." The conference was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor M.Kh. Zhubanova, with a welcoming address.

As part of the implementation of the project “Zań men tártіp” project, and with the aim of enhancing students’ legal awareness, developing professional competencies, and improving skills in legal analysis, argumentation, and public speaking, on November 25, 2025, students of the educational programs “6B04201 – Jurisprudence” and “6B04202 – International Law”, under the guidance of the Professor of the International Law Department Kairat Makhambetovich Kuchukov, organized and conducted a moot court session.

On November 25, 2025, a meeting was held on the basis of the Abylai Khan KazUIR&WL with the participation of Zhenisova A.E., clinical psychologist of the Youth Health Center "Aq-Jol" of the city polyclinic No. 7, and Zhalilova T.Z., obstetrician-gynecologist.

On November 22, 2025, the Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages hosted a seminar-training titled “Promoting Family and Marriage Values among Students” The event brought together over 30 students.

On November 18 and 22, for 3rd- and 4th-year students majoring in Restaurant Business and Hospitality Management, the lecturers of the Department of Hospitality Management organized an off-site lecture and excursion to the base of the Almaty Resort sanatorium. The event was held within the framework of the disciplines “Standardization and Quality Control of Hotel and Restaurant Services”, “Organization of Sanatorium and Resort Activities” and “Sales Management”, and was aimed at developing practical skills and familiarizing students with real working conditions of a health and wellness complex.

On November 21–22, 2025, the 7th Korean Studies Week was successfully held at the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. The event was organized by the Center for Korean Studies of the university with the support of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Almaty, the Korean Education Center under the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kazakhstan, the Korea Foundation, and the Academy of Korean Studies (Republic of Korea).
