On January 26, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. the Department and Faculty of Oriental Studies of Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai Khan holds a national round table "Civilizations of the East: History, Culture, Language" within the framework of Bulekbayev Readings. The round table will be held in a combined format (offline/online).
Purpose of the event: Discussion of actual problems of development of Eastern countries, Afro-Asian societies and cultures, discussion of important issues of interaction of Eastern countries in the field of history, politics, culture, language, economy in modern conditions.
Participants of the round table: Kazakhstan orientalists, historians, philologists, philosophers, lecturers, doctoral students, masters and students of universities of Kazakhstan.
